5 reasons Lee Harvey Oswald is innocent!
I could list dozens of reasons Oswald was innocent but pick out one of these five and its Game over, end of discussion!
1) Paraffin Tests-- The Dallas police force conducted Paraffin tests on Oswald shortly after being arrested. The results were negative on his face and neck, meaning he had zero gunshot residue on his face and neck. The FBI, and many since, have conducted dozens and dozens of tests, and the shooter always has gunshot residue in these areas while firing the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle that the Warren commission says Oswald fired. There is only one way to get a negative test, and that is to not fire a rifle.
2) The magic bullet-- Listen, I can talk about the absurd trajectory of the bullet (known as CE-399) that the commission says it took, but the condition of the bullet, which is nearly pristine, does it for me. The commision says CE-399 went through two men, smashing several bones and causing seven wounds. They hired Doctor Joseph Dolce, a battlefield surgeon during WWII, to test the bullets from the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle. They were given 100 bullets, and every single time, the front tip of the bullet was smashed, looking nothing like CE-399.
3) Carlos Hathcock-- Carlos was US Marine Corp. Sniper during the Vietnam War. HE is considered by most one of the greatest snipers in the US military at that time. After leaving the service, he set up a sniper training school where he made several attempts to recreate what the Warren Commission says Oswald did, failing every time. If Carlos couldn't do it, then it would be an insult to people's intelligence by saying Oswald could.
4) Zapruder Film- The Zapruder Film clearly shows Kennedy's head going back and to the left which is not consistent with a shot coming from where the Commission says Oswald was, which is on the 6th floor of the Texas School book depository, in back of Kennedy. This is common sense; if you punch some in the face, their head doesn't come toward you. Plus, there are now over 50 plus witnesses, many of them being medical personnel, who say that the back of Kennedy's head was blown out, indicating an exit wound and a shot from the front. Clearly, the headshot came from the front area known as the Grassy Knoll.
5) Oswald, not on 6th floor at the time of shooting-- Police Officer Marion Baker says he saw Oswald 75-90 seconds after the murder on the second-floor snack room of TSBD. Witnesses Sandra Styles and Viki Adams left the fourth floor of the TSBD seconds after the murder, and they saw no one in the stairwell. Their story is collaborated by their supervisor Dorothy Gardner, who followed the girls out the fourth floor into the stairwell and saw no one until Police Officer Baker ran up the stairs and questioned her. Since the elevator was always on the top floor, there was no other way but that stairwell to get down from the 6th floor.
The next time someone tries to tell you that Lee Harvey Oswald killed President Kennedy, pick one of these five reasons and ask them to explain. Then wait as they distract from the truth and call you a crazy conspiracy theorist. Everything is not a conspiracy, but sometimes, the evidence can show that it is.
